The Bridal Theatre is located in an old theatre building in St. Ansgar, Iowa. It was originally constructed in 1937 as the Roxy Theatre. Since that time, it has also served as a bowling alley. In October 1977 it was converted back to a theatre under the new name Cinema Capri. Today you can sit in the old theatre seats, see the marquee, and even view the ticket booth.
The Bridal Theatre, as a business, was opened in 1979. It is currently under the present ownership of Anita Sponheim and Nancy Bell.
